Setting your HOME page in Internet Explorer
You can set your home page to wherever you want - it doesn't have to be the one your ISP has decided suits them
The Home page in Internet Explorer is there so that, when IE opens, you get to see what you want to see - even if that's absolutely nothing. So here's how to set it:
| 1. Open IE | |
| 2. Click on the “Tools” item in the menu | ![]() |
| 3. Select “Internet Options” | ![]() |
| 4. Choose from the three buttons – Use Current drops the page you’re on into the text box, the default is whatever yourISP has set it o, and Use Blank is self-explanatory. Or, you cantype a URL (web address) into the text box yourself. | ![]() |
