Increase or Decrease Text Size

Sometimes you need to change the size of text in Word, Powerpoint or even FrontPage - here's the quick route

To increase or decrease the size of text in Word, PowerPoint, FrontPage, or even Publisher, simply follow this two-part process:

  • Fsirst, select the text you want to resize.
  • Then, to increase the font size, hold down CTRL & SHIFT and press '>' (the 'greater than' symbol)
  • To decrease the font size, hold down CTRL & SHIFT and press '<'. (the 'less than' Symbol)
